HealthyAssets HealthyAssets

A MedProcure solution

Every asset on the property. Every inspection on the record.

HealthyAssets keeps one registry of every asset in every community — with the inspection schedule attached, photo and signature evidence captured as rounds are walked, deficiencies turned into work orders, and a survey binder that is already built before anyone asks for it.

A sample morning — each inspection filed under its citation, the one deficiency already a work order, the miss flagged before a surveyor finds it. Illustrative, not a screenshot.

What it does

Three problems, in the order the property hands them to you.

Every asset, one registry

One record per asset — tag, serial, model, manufacturer, install date, warranty expiry, expected useful life, purchase price — and exactly where it sits in the location tree. Put a QR label on the unit and the person standing in front of it opens that record on a phone instead of going looking for it.

Rounds that prove they happened

Recurring inspections generate themselves from templates that carry the checklist, the regulatory citation, and whether a photo or a signature is required. Evidence is captured at the point of work — on a phone, in front of the equipment — and a failed check becomes a work order with the inspection still attached to it.

The binder is already built

The survey binder is a standing report, not a scramble: every performed inspection grouped by its citation, with the recorded results, the evidence, and the status of any deficiency it raised — plus an appendix of what was missed in the window. Set the dates and hand over the PDF.
